A standard 12×24 pool with basic finishes typically starts around $65,000, while pools with integrated spas, custom tile, water features, and smart automation can exceed $120,000.   • Yes. We partner with several pool financing lenders to help homeowners fund their projects with flexible terms.   • We use a milestone-based payment schedule tied to clear phases of construction — deposit at signing, payments at excavation, shell completion, plumbing/electrical, and final walkthrough. This protects both parties and ensures progress is always tied to payment. Full details are included in every contract.

PERMIT AND TIMELINE

  • Permit approval varies depending on the municipality and HOA requirements but typically it takes 4-6 weeks for permit approval. From signing to swimming, most projects are completed within 4 months total. Renovations are typically faster, usually 1–2 months from permit approval.

  • Yes — all new pool construction and most renovations in Florida require building permits. We handle the entire permitting process for you, including HOA submissions if applicable. We've worked extensively with Lee, Collier and Charlotte county, and surrounding municipalities and know exactly what's required to move quickly.

  • We are transparent about any delays the moment we become aware of them. If a delay is within our control, we will communicate the cause, the revised timeline, and what we're doing to recover schedule. We've built our reputation on being upfront — not leaving clients to wonder.

DESIGN AND MATERIALS

  • We build fully custom pools — any shape, any size. From lap pools to large freeform designs with beaches, tanning ledges, and waterfalls. Your pool is designed around your specific lot dimensions, home architecture, and personal style — never from a standard template.

  • We offer a full range of interior finishes: standard white plaster, colored plaster, pebble aggregate (Pebble Tec and similar), quartz aggregate, and glass bead finishes. For tile, we carry hundreds of waterline and accent tile options in ceramic, porcelain, and glass. We'll bring samples to your consultation so you can see the options in person.

  • Yes. Miromar Pools is a fully licensed Florida Pool/Spa Contractor (License #CPC1234567) and carries both general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. We are happy to provide proof of insurance and licensing at any time — just ask. We also carry a General Contractor license (CGC 1534564) and a Electrical Contractor license (EC13014603)
